White glove service. The entire package is prepared by us once introduced to the client and we send the client and broker an updated daily checklist, so everyone is in the loop during the entire process, so you can focus on closing more deals.

Board Package Preparation:

 

  • Assist with writing letters to the board of directors, if applicable.

  • Gather and organize all necessary documents for co-op and condo board applications, including financial documents, personal references, and other supporting materials.

  • Assist buyers in completing application forms accurately and comprehensively.

  • Conduct thorough research on building requirements and application procedures.

  • Prepare and format board packages in a professional and organized manner.

  • Communicate with building management offices and board representatives regarding application procedures and requirements.

 

Client Support: 

  • Provide exceptional customer service to buyers throughout the application process.

  • Answer client questions, address concerns, and provide regular updates on application status.

  • Assist buyers/renters in gathering necessary information and documentation.

  • Maintain open and consistent communication with buyers and real estate agents.

 

Rates can range from $200-$1,000 depending on the type of package, or if it's only an application review, and if there is a rush on the package submission/certain deadline the application needs to be submitted, e.g., 1 week turnaround from contract signing. 

Fees are paid upon the submission of the application to management. There is a 50% retainer fee for clients that are financing, i.e., 50% paid up front and the balance upon management submission.
